House & Stock is the leading self storage facility and an SSA approved facility in Northern Ireland. We are dedicated to giving the best of service in the self -storage sector. We are dedicated to keeping waste to a mimimum. This includes energy waste. When you vist the facility you will note that lights are motion activated which means they switch off when the aisle is not in use. We also try to take advantage of natural light and we find that the bright yellow units really help to keep the facility light and inviting.
We also monitor temperature and humidity. Not just because it is important for your belongings but also because we aim to be as efficient a facility as possible with a low carbon foot print. We believe in giving back to the local community not just by providing an excellent service but also by participating in local events. We are the official sponsors of the International Tennis Federation Juniors Tournament for 2014 hosted by Windsor Tennis Club and Belfast City Coucil.
